Bakery Policies

Bakery Policies:

All cancellations and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Designs are discussed at length and will be approved by customer prior to work beginning. Final design complaints must be made prior to taking possession for a partial refund.
Once items are delivered in good condition, there will be no refunds. Customer will approve of condition and accepts responsibility at drop off.
If items are picked up from bakery, Customer accepts full responsibility for transit. There will be no refunds for items once they leave the bakery.
