Bakery Policies:

• All payments are due in full prior to work being scheduled.
• All cancellations and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.  
• Designs are discussed at length and will be approved by customer prior to work beginning. Final design complaints must be made prior to taking possession for a partial refund.
• Once items are delivered in good condition, there will be no refunds. Customer will approve of condition and accepts responsibility at drop off. 
• If items are picked up from bakery, Customer accepts full responsibility for transit. There will be no refunds for items once they leave the bakery.
